Pressed from Concord and Bianca grapes, skins left on for the first hour.
Cold-pressed grape, lightly sparkling, and absolutely nothing that needs explaining on the back of the can.
Grape juice, sparkling water, a little cane sugar, a squeeze of lemon. That’s the whole recipe. No colours borrowed from a lab, no sweeteners you need a chemistry degree to pronounce.

Blackcurrant and raspberry, with the sourness left in on purpose.
Blackcurrant does the work; the raspberry is there to round the finish.
Sharp, bitter at the edges, built for the back half of a hot day.
Tarocco oranges, pressed with a little of the peel for the bitterness.
The grapes go from vine to press in under twenty-four hours, which is the entire reason this tastes like fruit instead of like a flavour. It costs more and it is the only part of the process we refuse to move.
VIVA Drinks Co. started in 2019 with one press, one flavour and a stubborn objection to the back of a soda can. We buy from four family-run farms, pay for the fruit before the harvest rather than after it, and publish what is in the drink because there is nothing in it we would rather you did not know.
Into the press within twenty-four hours, whole-fruit and unheated. This is the step that costs us the most and the one we refuse to move, because it is the entire reason this tastes like fruit instead of like a flavour.
